What is a ‘lead’?
A ‘lead’ is basically the contact details including the name and address of a potential customer and leads from QuoteXpert are from customers who are genuinely interested in your services.

What is the level of competition for any lead?
Each of our leads are sold to just 5 companies in total therefore you will only have another four suppliers from our company quoting for each project.

What happens when we win work from a lead?
Congratulations! We do not take any commission from you in respect of work you have won from one of our leads. All we ask is that you let us know when you have been successful so that we can update the status on our website so that other suppliers will know that the project has been awarded.

Do I have to commit to a period of time with QuoteXpert?
No, once signed up you can leave us any time If you feel the service is not working for you. Just email us.

What do you do to verify that each lead is genuine?
Once our team receive the details of a customer who is interested in your services we contact them straight away and ask them targeted questions in the category they are interested in to make sure we can get as much detail as possible before placing the lead on our system for you to purchase.

Where do the leads come from?
We use various advertising companies in order to advertise the services we have to offer and interested parties will contact us with their requirements.

Can I get a refund for poor quality leads?
We try our hardest to make sure that all of the leads we offer are of a high quality, however it is inevitable that certain leads may end up being poor and we ask that our suppliers understand this when using our service. Overall you will still find that with the successful leads that you get using our service that it will work out cheaper than paying for advertising yourselves. We do not, therefore, offer a refund on a lead if the quality is poor.

How much does it cost?
The cost of each lead varies depending upon the value and quality of the lead. On average most leads cost around £15.

Do the leads come from UK companies?
At this moment in time we only target customers in the United Kingdom but because of the nature of the internet we do get customers asking from overseas. If this is the case the location of the customer will be clear for you to see before purchasing the lead.

Do you use Paypal?
Yes Paypal is the secure network for payment we as a company have chosen to use.

Are my credit card details secure?
Yes, all transactions are completed using Paypal’s secure servers and are extremely safe. Please note: you do not have to have a Paypal account to use this service, you can still pay by credit card through Paypal whether you have an account or not.

How much does a lead cost?
Our leads are priced in credits, with each credit costing £1 each (discounts are available for bulk purchases). The average price of a lead is between 10-15 credits.

Why is there no phone number for your company?
To keep our costs down to a minimum and to continue to provide our customers with the value for money services they are used to such as only selling leads to 5 companies and offering discounts for bulk purchases of credits we do not employ staff to answer phone calls. You will however find that email queries are answered very promptly and always by the next working day. You can also request that one of our team contact you by telephone and this will be done as soon as possible.
