Lead Quality Policy

We qualify every lead that is placed on our system over the telephone, and we tell the customers that they should expect to receive contact from our suppliers either by telephone or email.

Unfortunately, some customer’s circumstances can change and as a result of this we are unable to offer any guarantee that you will be successful in an approach to a customer.  In purchasing our leads you must accept that there is a risk and that you may be unsuccessful in securing the business.

Leads are just that, Leads, and are not a guarantee of business or work.

Refunds

We will only refund credits used to purchase a lead if information such as contact details, is incorrect. If the telephone number is invalid and the email address doesn’t work then we will process a refund.
If you have a complaint regarding a particular lead that you have purchased, please email us quoting the lead reference.

Lead FAQ’s

Q: When I contacted the customer I was told that the project was already filled?
A: When we qualify a lead we send out an email to the customer asking them to wait until they have received all 5 quotes before making a decision, however, some customers will say that they have filled the project if they are not interested by the supplier’s approach. Please be aware there are no guarantees that you will close the business or be updated by the customer in every instance.

Q: The person is not returning my calls?
A: We ask every customer to respond to any approach from a supplier introduced by us. However, this is not always the case and some customers are very busy and will not respond especially if they are uninterested by the suppliers initial approach. We recommend all suppliers contact the customers by telephone as soon as the lead is purchased, rather than relying on email. This will reduce the chance that you do not hear from the customer. Please be aware there are no guarantees you will hear back from every customer.

Q: The customer has decided to postpone the start date or is not sure when they will be going ahead?
A: We recommend that you do not give up on any lead, and contact the customers every now and then to check on their progress and to inform them of any changes to your services.  This should mean they hopefully keep you in mind for when they do decide to go ahead with the project.

Q: Why should I use your service when there aren’t any guarantees?
A: Suppliers who use our service should not expect to close every deal, but should expect to win some work which should be covering the cost of purchasing the leads in the first place.  The cost of winning one project should cover the cost of the leads for quite a while.  The service will not suit every company but it will suit a great deal of companies as it will be cheaper than advertising themselves and it reduces the risk because. The main advantage of our service is you can see the details of each lead before purchasing it.  There is however, still an element of risk involved and if your company is not in a position to accept that risk you may find our service unsatisfactory.
